  • Contact and audit form submissions: your name, email address, phone number, Amazon listing URL, and revenue band, plus anything else you choose to include in your message
  • Booking data: details you provide when scheduling a call through our booking widget at links.cvr-studios.com (powered by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), such as your name, email, phone number, and chosen time
  • Analytics data: information about how you use our website, collected via Google Analytics, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited

3. How We Use It

  • To reply to your enquiry or form submission
  • To prepare and deliver your free listing audit and any services you engage us for
  • To schedule and run calls you book with us
  • To send marketing emails, but only where you have given consent — you can opt out at any time
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it
