Which programme is right for me, Launch or Growth?
If you have a product idea ready to go but not yet live on Amazon, you want Launch Partner. If you're already selling and want ongoing creative, PPC and account management, you want Growth Partner. Want to find out more? Book a free strategy call, we'll guide you in the right direction.
How long is the Launch Partner engagement?
90 days, billed as three monthly instalments. If your product is delayed for any reason, we'll keep working with you until it's live. From there, you can either roll into Growth Partner for ongoing support or exit with a full handover doc and a fully optimised listing.
What's the minimum for Growth Partner?
3-month minimum, rolling monthly after that. Cancel with 30 days' notice at any point. Pricing is based on SKU count and PPC spend.
What's included in the PPC management?
Full-funnel: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP. You pay Amazon directly for ad spend, we never touch the ad budget.
Do I need to send product samples?
No. Just send us reference images of your product and your packaging design dielines. We run a full 3D render service that can produce photorealistic product imagery from spec sheets alone, perfect for Launch Partner clients creating assets before manufacturing finalises.
Do you only work with supplement brands?
No. We specialise in supplements, nutrition and wellness, but we've also worked with beauty, pet, home and sports brands. If you sell on Amazon, we can help.
What if I just want a one-off project?
Yes. We still run single-project work: listing refreshes, brand identities, photography shoots, A+ content builds. See the full services page or book a call and we'll scope it.
What if I don't like the designs?
We're flexible when it comes to revisions. If you're not 100% satisfied with the work we've delivered, we'll revise it until you are.
